Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options to accommodate your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are in original condition with tags attached
  • Packaging is intact
  • Items are unworn and unwashed

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and specialty reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mastectomy & Post-Op Bras (medical garments)
  • Maternity Wear (specialized construction)
  • Briefs & Knickers with removed hygiene liners
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on product pages

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]
  • Item name, size/color, and reason for return
  • Your full name and contact email

Step 2: Receive Instructions

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Use the provided return label (US) or follow international return instructions. We recommend trackable shipping.

Step 4: Receive Refund/Exchange

After inspection (5-7 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment within 3-5 business days (7-10 days for international)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days. If unavailable, we’ll contact you about alternatives.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • We cover shipping costs for replacement exchange items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item (including specialty items like Backless Bras or Sports Bras), contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange free return and expedited replacement.
