At Underwear Promotional Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lingerie purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most bras, briefs, and lingerie items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Mastectomy & Post-Op Bras (specialty medical garments)
- Maternity Wear (due to specialized construction)
- Briefs & Knickers with removed hygiene liners
Important: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Request Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging and include all tags. Affix the return label we provide (for US returns) or follow the international return shipping instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. International refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after approval. If the requested size/color is unavailable, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including issues with Backless Bras, Sports Bras, or other specialty items), please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, certain clearance or promotional items (marked “Final Sale”) cannot be returned or exchanged. These exceptions will be clearly noted on product pages.
