Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can ship to your location.

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivers in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your lingerie as much as we do! You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This applies to all items including Moulded Bras, Camisoles & Tops, and Briefs/Knickers.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize for any mistakes! If you received a defective Mastectomy & Post-Op Bra or wrong item (like a Half Cup Bra instead of the Plunge Bra you ordered), contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned Backless Bras or other items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.
